The open plan chalet is full of light and can accommodate up to six people in three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size bed with an en-suite bathroom and the other two bedrooms have queen-size beds with a second shared bathroom.

The cottage has large windows offering views of the surrounding orchard. You’ll feel the grass between your toes as you step out of the living room doors toward the fragrant apple trees. The living room is connected to the kitchen where up to three people can dine at the island bar.

The kitchen has a cooker, toaster oven, toaster, coffee maker, kettle and fridge. Other amenities in the rental include cooking utensils, hair dryer, iron, Bluetooth sound system, Wi-Fi and an outside BBQ with patio furniture. Guests can explore 10 hectares of on-site hiking trails.

You don’t have to be a guest of the chalet to enjoy what the cider house has to offer. It has rare heritage apples which are used to make specialty cider and also offers a bakery full of goodies. There are often food trucks on the weekends and a fridge stocked with takeout.

You can sip hard ciders in the tasting room or on the terrace from Tuesday to Sunday until Thanksgiving weekend and Friday to Sunday from October to May.
