Rebel Wilson weight loss: Exercise and diet plan which helped actress shed 5.5st

Rebel Wilson, 41, has been making headlines every time she steps out because of her slim figure. The Australian actress embarked on what she called the ‘Year of Health’ in 2020 which saw the loss of five and a half stone. In a new interview with Apple Fitness+, Rebel revealed how she avoided intense workouts and stuck to minimal exercises her doctor recommended.

She said, “The doctor said to me, ‘Rebels, the best way to lose unwanted body fat is just to walk.'”

“It doesn’t have to be high intensity, and it doesn’t have to be strenuous, just moderate walking for an hour a day.

“And if it can be done, for you, and for your body type, it is, say, the best way to lose unwanted body fat.” ”

Walking with a healthy diet resulted in the rebel losing five and a half stones.

The actress continued, saying that she was always a “slightly late developer” and wished she “tried when I was 30 and not 40”.

But everyone’s journey is different, and it’s not a race or a competition,” Rebel told InStyle.

“I have a natural empathy for anyone who has weight issues because that’s something I’ve always struggled with.”

Rebel also offered some advice for others who find themselves in a similar situation: “Anyone can walk, drink more water, and do a few consistent things that will improve their lives.”

She had previously attended the center in 2019 and felt that returning would help her in her weight loss journey.

As for the foods that Rebel ate to help lose weight, she revealed her diet during an Instagram Live in 2020.

Ripple told fans that she follows a high-protein diet, drinks lots of water, and tries to stay under 1,500 calories a day.

Large amounts of protein help you feel full, can improve metabolism, and because protein has a lower energy density than fat at 4 calories per gram of food, it means fewer calories are consumed.
