But Elizabeth Sobinov revealed on Wednesday why she refuses to share weight loss tips with fans.

I get a lot of direct messages asking about my weight and I can share what I eat for the day. The 30-year-old said on Instagram: “Guys, I’m the wrong person to follow if that’s what you want because everyone is different, and everyone is beautiful.

I did a TV show a long time ago and my weight was checked. I usually maintain my weight, eat very clean food and exercise every day.

Elizabeth continued: ‘I’m not the one to follow if you want weight advice. I live life for me.

If at any point in your life you need calories or anything else, just do what your body tells you to do. I don’t promote weight loss tips or anything like that.

After filming the sixth season of Married At First Sight in 2019, Elizabeth revealed that she lost 10 kilos.

She debuted her dramatic weight loss on the Logie’s Awards red carpet.

Elizabeth told Who magazine at the time that she lost weight following the popular 5:2 diet, which can improve an individual’s metabolism.

The 5:2 approach involves eating 25 percent of your recommended calories on two scheduled fasting days and eating normally for the other five days that week.

In addition, Elizabeth exercises several times a week to reduce stress.

Her transformation came after she was controversially disgraced by her “husband” Sam Ball on their wedding day.

He told the producers, ‘I haven’t dated girls the size of Elizabeth in the past,’ before adding that he would have to make her ‘runs in the morning’ to lose weight.
