Jason Aldean’s Son Memphis ‘Doing Fine’ After ER Trip

First time for everything! Jason Aldean and his wife, Brittany Aldeanshared an update with her fans after taking her 4-year-old son Memphis to the emergency room.

“Lil man made his first trip to the ER today,” the 45-year-old country singer wrote via his Instagram Story on Tuesday, May 17, alongside a photo of his son resting in a hospital bed. “I needed 2 stitches and took it like a champ. Back home and rockin.

Brittany, 33, uploaded a similar Instagram Story featuring a Memphis Boomerang giving the camera a thumbs up. “Our day took a turn when Mems fell in the pool,” added the North Carolina native. “Two stitches under the chin and our first official trip to the emergency room”

the old american idol The contestant noted that she was “grateful for such great nurses and an awesome doctor” who took care of her little one, writing, “He’s doing great…mom heart not so much.”

The “If I Didn’t Love You” crooner exchanged vows with Brittany in 2015. With Memphis, the couple share 3-year-old daughter Navy. Jason is also the father of daughters Keeley, 19, and Kendyl, 14, with an ex-wife Jessica Usery.

A year after welcoming Marine, Brittany says We Weekly exclusively that she would “love” to have more children – but her husband was not so keen. “I asked him, ‘What would be the name of our third baby? He says, ‘Well, we don’t have to worry about that because it’s not happening,’ but I would like another one,” she said in May 2020.

The University of Alabama graduate noted that she could ‘understand’ why Jason was ‘finished’ after four kids, joking, ‘We probably won’t be contributing to the new one. [coronavirus] Baby boom.”

Four months prior, the five-time Grammy nominee said We that he has “finally” found the perfect balance between his career and his family life. “Now I’ve made it a point at this point in my career to cut back a bit and make sure I’m out playing shows and doing what I need to do there, but spending a bit more time at home too,” he explained in January 2020. “I think that’s something that I’ve kind of figured out the older I get the more I’m in the business.”

The Georgia native continued, “I always love what I do. I love playing shows and doing my thing, but at the beginning of my career, where I was playing 200 shows a year and never home, that kind of stuff gets tough.

However, ER visits aren’t the only thing keeping the “My Kinda Party” singer on her toes. Earlier this year, Jason joked about setting up his youngest daughter with Carrie UnderwoodJacob’s 3-year-old son in the future.

“I don’t know if I will have a say in [Navy’s love life],” he said entertainment tonight in March of her “strong-headed” granddaughter. “I feel like [Brittany’s] I’ll be more protective of our son and I’ll probably be more protective of Navy.
