Police are on the scene of a secluded park in Melbourne’s north after human remains were discovered.
Police have swarmed a secluded parkland in Melbourne’s north after human remains were reportedly found overnight.
The remains were discovered in Greenvale Reservoir, roughly 31km north of the CBD, about 6.30pm on Tuesday, 9 News reports.
The 53-hectare park is a popular spot for picnickers with large walking trails.
SES crews are also on the scene assisting officers.
Victoria Police have been contacted for comment.
