Jaiswal says, “A cup of coffee serves as a morning fix for many people. And like any other drink, people also like to experiment with their cup of coffee. Many people fall in love with bullet coffee or ghee coffee. This trend has caught the attention of many diet-conscious people, and it is gaining popularity for its health benefits.

Here’s what ghee coffee can do for you

1. Lots of healthy fat

Not all types of fat are unhealthy. Ghee is loaded with healthy fats like omega 3, 6, and 9. These are good fats that help support a healthy metabolism, cardiovascular system, joints, and even better brain function. That’s why it’s better.

2. Loaded with vitamins

Ghee is loaded with vitamins A, E and K. Thus, ghee coffee is not only tasty but also healthy.

How to make ghee/bullet coffee?

The bullet coffee recipe is easy.

  • Just take a saucepan and heat the coffee first.
  • Make sure the coffee is simmering and not boiling.
  • Add ghee, turmeric and any sweetener of your choice.
  • You can also add a little cardamom if you like having it in your coffee.
  • Cook everything for 2 minutes until everything is dissolved.
  • Now mix your coffee blend with milk in a blender and give it a potent mix.

Avoid over-mixing as this will separate the fat.
