Fitness trainer Yasmin Karachiwala recently shared a video in which she makes delicious chocolate bars with fruit slices. A dish that combines the nutrition of fruits with the taste of dark chocolate is definitely irresistible.
Moreover, quick bites also consist of sticky peanut butter. This fun recipe includes sliced fruit, peanut butter, and melted dark chocolate. Yasmine Karachiwala chose strawberry, banana and green apple.
Jasmine Karachiwala Cut the fruits into small pieces. Next, she added spoonfuls of peanut butter between two slices of fruit like a sandwich. I fixed them toothpicks. Then the fruit bites froze.
Fruit slices with peanut butter can eliminate sweet cravings in no time. But Jasmine went above and beyond and gave her the touch of chocolate. We definitely love it. She took frozen fruit slices and covered them in dark chocolate. To make the coating, I took some dark chocolate and melted it. To wrap the pieces of fruit, she dipped them into a bowl of melted dark chocolate.
After coating the pieces of fruit with chocolate, they looked like licking lollipops. But these are more correct. I put them in a tray and froze them.
Once you take it out of the freezer, you can simply eat these snack foods and satisfy your sweet cravings without any guilt.
Yasmine Karachiwala captioned her video, “Let’s end the weekend on a sweet note. And of course with a healthy twist, today I whipped up a delicious dark chocolate peanut butter shake. It’s very easy to make and takes no time.”
