Weight loss: the man loses the 9th rank by making two changes: he went from a size 6XL to L

For some, confinement was a time when they gained weight, but for Stuart McMullen, it was an opportunity for him to change his diet. As a result, he lost a stone of nine that changed his life. He explained to Express.co.uk exactly how he achieved this.

Stuart, 37, said: “I have always struggled with my weight, and it has been a major concern of mine for many years.

“It would affect every aspect of my life; I had difficulty crossing the fields at work and my asthma had also deteriorated.

When the nation went into lockdown in 2020, Stuart had reached 23rd at 12lbs and spotted the opportunity for a change.

He continued: “The fast food restaurants I usually order from were closed which prevented my usual bad eating habits.

“I was motivated to change my habits and become much healthier.

Soon after, he climbed Scafell Pike, England’s tallest mountain, as well as the Yorkshire Three Peaks.

“I joined the gym and hiked through mountains all over the country,” Stuart explained.

“The changes I felt in myself encouraged me to keep going and I lost another five stone which took me to 14th 11lbs.

“The amazing off-plan products have given me so much more energy than the fast food I’ve been eating before and have accommodated my new active lifestyle.”

Stuart went from a size 6XL to a size L and plans to continue his diet and pursue his fitness goals.

“I live to be one with nature now and have never felt happier in my entire life,” Stuart said. “All thanks to the 1:1 diet.”
