VH1 announces network is cutting ties with Ceaser Emanuel over viral dog abuse video

Well that was fast! VH1 just announced that the network is ending its longtime relationship with Ceaser Emanuel following footage of him allegedly abusing a dog. Less than 24 hours after the shocking video was released, VH1 also clarified that while the network is done with Ceaser Emanuel, production on the upcoming season has already wrapped.

In an official statement posted to Instagram, VH1 wrote the following message regarding the firing of Ceaser Emanuel from the network’s hit series, “Black Ink Crew”:

“We made the decision to cut ties with Ceaser Emanuel of Black Ink Crew New York. Since next season was about to finish production, this decision will not impact the upcoming season.

Ceaser has not yet publicly responded to his dismissal from the network, nor commented on the viral video of him allegedly grabbing a chair and repeatedly punching a small dog. Although he’s kept quiet for now, his former “Black Ink Crew” co-star Donna Lombardi has slammed him on social media.

As we previously reported, Donna didn’t hold back and posted a lengthy message about Ceaser’s past and present behavior. “If you can treat a dog like that, it shows how sick of a person you really are. I don’t even get into this man’s life, but this video has me upset. Anyone who knows me knows that I LOVE animals. Especially dogs,” she wrote.

She went on to add, “Even after he beat up his daughter, @vh1 @viacom_intl and new @blackinkcrew producers tried to protect Ceaser, even made up false conflicting scenarios about my relationship to do it! Now this Can’t be undone. I pray people see you, @ceaserblackink, for the freak you are. Your karma has been piling up for years, but doing this to two innocent dogs!?! It’s crazy. FEES MUST BE BACKED AND CANCELLATIONS MUST BE MADE!

Currently, no charges have been filed against Ceaser Emanuel regarding the dog assault allegations.
