Rujuta Diwekar kick-started the year 2022 by demonstrating exercises that can be performed without much effort, time or money. The nutritionist continues to share helpful and healthy information about the exercise routines that need to be done to keep our bodies running, healthy eating habits that need to be incorporated into our daily routine to keep disease at bay, and how to use our bodies to the fullest.
With the work-from-home culture making its way into our lives and the gyms closing and allowing less access, it is becoming increasingly difficult for us to maintain our health. Rujuta kicked off the first week of 2022 by demonstrating five exercises that should be performed daily to keep stress away. She showed 5 stretches that you can do in between work, and without the use of equipment.

A day back, Rujuta shared the workout routine for the second week of 2022. For this week, she chose to tackle a fitness routine that can improve leg strength and stability. In the video, Rujuta can be seen sitting on a chair leaning against a piece of furniture and extending one leg straight perpendicular to her body. Then you can see that she does it with both her legs. The second part of the video shows Rujuta sitting by the edge of the chair and folding one leg, standing up and then slowly sitting down. For the final exercise, Rujuta took a pillow, put it between her legs and squeezed it with her legs. “3 exercises of varying difficulty so anyone can do it. The exercise routine comes with multiple health benefits. Rujuta added that it is important to keep using our bodies or else we will lose the good health we have. This exercise routine will help us to keep the mobility and flexibility of the body intact. It will also help us develop the strength of the leg muscles.
