Macmillan says retailers can order his books again after recent cyberattack

Macmillan, one of the largest book publishers in the United States, said it was able to process book orders again as it made progress in recovering from a cyberattack it revealed the last week.

The company, whose imprints include St. Martin’s Press and Farrar, Straus & Giroux, said it is working through a backlog of orders and does not anticipate it will have to change the publication date of any of his next books.
