An Italian party is coming to Preston Market with free music, activities and a wide selection of food from beloved traders.
Grab crepes drizzled with chocolate from Les Crêpes Gourmandes and a scoop from Allora Gelato’s daily rotation of delicious flavors – try the zesty lemon sorbet, creamy pistachio or rich dark chocolate ice cream.
Cannoleria by That’s Amore serves up the classic Italian dessert with a twist: in the past, its served flavors that you crave “cannoli,” like pistachio and Malteser.
Other Preston Market facilities, such as Rustic Bean Cafe and Traditional Tasty Treats, will also serve cakes, desserts and brunch-style dishes.
Chef Alumnus Amir Manoly will give a live cooking masterclass, combining his approachable approach to home cooking with the skills and influences he has picked up on his recent trips to Italy.
There will also be free tastings as well as activities such as Venetian mask making, face painting, balloon twisting and other Italian-themed crafts. Plus, musicians and dancers will take over the live stage for performances throughout the day.
