I went from no exercise to a month on a Peloton – 5 things I learned

Most won’t admit they hate exercise, but unfortunately I’m one of them. Despite countless efforts and hobbies over the years, nothing has stuck – so in a desperate attempt to improve and regulate my fitness, I bought a Peloton last month. It certainly wasn’t a cheap investment, but I was hopeful that I would finally make a habit of exercising regularly, and I dare say I enjoy it.

In the month since I got the . bought platoonIn addition to cycling, I’ve tried all kinds of classes, from yoga and meditation to boxing. I stuck with it, completed 19 workouts and cycled a total of 41.6 miles – which I’m actually quite proud of. Here are five things I learned from the experience.
