Gasoline prices down six cents

The Ford government implemented a gas tax reduction of 5.7 cents per liter in Ontario on July 1, and prices fell 11 cents that day.

More gas pump relief is on the way for Ottawa drivers.

Roger McKnight, chief oil analyst at En-Pro, tweeted Aug. 3 that the pump price would drop six cents on Aug. 4 to $1.739 per liter at most Ottawa gas stations.
