Fitness center thief wanted

Police are seeking advice in a case involving a robbery at a Salina fitness center. Crime is the latest Salina Crimestoppers crime of the week.

Police say Monday of this week at approximately 4:24 p.m., officers were dispatched to Planet Fitness at 2012 S. Ohio regarding a stolen vehicle. The victim reported that while working at the company, her vehicle keys were stolen from the locker room and an unknown subject stole her black 2017 Kia Forte from the parking lot.

The victim’s bank cards were in the vehicle when the vehicle was stolen. The victim discovered that one of his credit cards was being used at a business in Salina.

Surveillance video shows the suspect was dropped off at the business in a silver Honda Civic 4-door.

The stolen vehicle was found in Manhattan, KS the following day.
