Actor Zeeko Zaki of the CBS FBI series recently opened up about his 100-pound weight loss.

The 32-year-old star spoke to ET in an interview published Monday about slowly losing weight over eight years.

He credited an ever-changing interest in various physical activities which helped him stay consistent with his gym regimen.

He noted that the long trip was intentional. “The craziest part was just being a different kind of person every year. You get about 10 pounds a year, I wanted to take it slow,’ he admitted.

Zaki, who was born in Egypt, pointed to a book called The 4-Hour Body by Timothy Ferriss for a wellness hack.

“My biggest piece of advice and the thing I walked away from was a little trick I learned from [the book] — 30 ​​grams of protein within 30 minutes of waking up,” he noted.

“So give it a try,” he added while chatting with the outlet.
