Over 200 Columbia area residents and out of town visitors joined E2M Fitness creator, Jeffrey Witherspoon and his team at Earlewood Park Saturday morning, April 9. They hosted a free workout for area clients and anyone looking for a fun morning workout. While the program is completely virtual, the E2M team sometimes travels to client hotspot cities to say hello in person and get everyone together. In attendance was Columbia resident Angie Whitehead, who was there to represent The Women’s Shelter. She received a $10,000 donation from E2M Fitness for the shelter and spoke to the group a bit about the shelter and the need for community support and donations. More info about the shelter can be found at www.womenshelter.org. Also in attendance was The Coffee House (@thecoffeehousetruck) with its fire engine coffee truck.
