Cricketer Steve Smith is selling his Vaucluse home for $12.38 million

The property was sold by Albert Sassoon of Raine & Horne Double Bay and Frank Colacicco of Bentley Estate Agents.

Sassoon did not put the property on the market with a price guide, but said before the auction that buyers’ comments amounted to $12 million.
