KITCHENER — A 76-year-old woman has been sent to hospital after two cars crashed near Fairview Park shopping center on Sunday.
At around 3 p.m., emergency services were called to the area of Fairway Road South and Wilson Avenue where a white Honda and a blue Toyota had collided.
Paramedics took the driver of the Toyota, a 76-year-old Kitchener woman, to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The collision disrupted traffic for a few hours, police said.
The investigation is ongoing.
